January 17First payday on Dayforce platform (covering period January 1 - 17)
Early MarchYour ANSAC 401(k) will merge with your new Alkali 401(k). More information to come.

  • I-9 - Employment Eligibility Verification - either one document from List A, OR one from List B AND one from List C
    • List A: US Passport or Permanent Resident Card  
    • List B: Driver's license, State issued ID card, Military ID card, voter registration card, Native American tribal document
    • List C: Social Security card or birth certificate
  • Direct Deposit 
    • Bank Routing Number
    • Bank Account Number
  • Dependent Verification
    • Detailed information on the dependent verification requirements can be found in the Benefits Dependent Verification Document Requirements. It's best to scan and save these form(s) to your computer. You will be asked to upload them when enrolling in benefits online. 

You cannot access Dayforce until you receive the email notice on December 2. In this email it will provide your employee ID and ask you to setup an initial password. 

Be on the lookout for an email on December 2 with instructions on how to step-up your Dayforce account.

STEP 1 Access Dayforce from your home or work computer

Go to the Dayforce website.

  • Enter your Dayforce employee ID
  • Enter your unique password: last name and last four digits of SSN. Example: smith4431
  • Click Sign-in

STEP 2 Once you’ve logged in, click on “Benefits.” Then, click on “Start Enrollment” from the list of available enrollments. Read each page, make your selections, then click “Next” to continue.
