The 2024 Genesis Energy, L.P. tax packages are expected to be available online at www.taxpackagesupport.com/genesis by March 7, 2025. Hard copy versions of the tax package will also be mailed at that time. Please note, receipt of a tax package is not proof of ownership in Genesis Energy, L.P.
The 2024 K-3 forms will be made available online only at www.taxpackagesupport.com/genesis by June 30, 2025.

Qualified Notice per Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b)(4)
This is a qualified notice to nominees as provided for under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b)(4) and (d). Please note that 100 percent of Genesis Energy’s distributions to foreign investors are attributable to income that is effectively connected with a United States trade or business. Accordingly, all of Genesis Energy’s distributions to foreign investors are subject to federal income tax withholding at the highest applicable effective tax rate. Nominees are treated as withholding agents responsible for withholding distributions received by them on behalf of foreign investors.

Tax year 2023 K-1s are available online at www.taxpackagesupport.com/genesis as of March 25, 2024. Hard copy versions of the tax package are expected to be mailed by March 29, 2024. The 2023 Form K-3 will be made available online only by June 30, 2024 at the website above.
After March 25, 2024, current year K-1s will be available at www.taxpackagesupport.com/genesis. To request a prior year K-1, contact Tax Package Support toll free at 844-649-0506.
