K-1 Tax Packages 

The 2023 Genesis Energy, L.P. tax packages are now available online at www.taxpackagesupport.com/genesis and are expected to be mailed by March 29th, 2024. 

The information reported on our tax packages is based on tax laws in effect for 2023.  This information may be subject to change depending on actions taken by Congress and the President.  If the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act of 2024 (H.R. 7024), which passed the House of Representatives on January 31, 2024 and is currently awaiting action in the Senate, were to become law, it may or may not require us to make changes to our tax reporting for 2023.  Such changes may affect the information reported on our tax packages.

Please note, receipt of a tax package is not proof of ownership in Genesis Energy, L.P.

The 2023 K-3 forms will be made available online only at www.taxpackagesupport.com/genesis by June 30, 2024.

Qualified Notice per Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b)(4)

This is a qualified notice to nominees as provided for under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b)(4) and (d). Please note that 100 percent of Genesis Energy’s distributions to foreign investors are attributable to income that is effectively connected with a United States trade or business. Accordingly, all of Genesis Energy’s distributions to foreign investors are subject to federal income tax withholding at the highest applicable effective tax rate. Nominees are treated as withholding agents responsible for withholding distributions received by them on behalf of foreign investors.
