Retirement Savings

  • 401(k) Plan eligible on date of hire with 100% immediate vesting of company match
  • Company matches dollar for dollar up to 6%
  • Discretionary profit-sharing contribution of 4% 6% (varies based on tenure) with 3-year vesting schedule
  • The choice of pre-tax or Roth (post-tax) contributions up to the annual IRS limits
  • A variety of investment options to choose from including target-date funds from Fidelity Investments
  • Employer Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution up to $1,000 with enrollment in the High Deductible Health Plan

Health Insurance

  • Health care coverage effective on date of hire no waiting period
  • No surcharge to cover your spouse
  • Children covered up to age 26 regardless of student status
  • Your choice between a PPO copay plan or a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
  • Broad network of health care professionals and hospitals through Blue Cross and Blue Shield
  • The HDHP has affordable premiums and includes a Health Savings Account with an employer contribution up to $1,000/year
  • The PPO copay plan has a low deductible of $350/individual or $700/family, along with office visit copays of only $20 including specialists visits
  • Both health plans include free preventive services and access to the Employee Assistance Program at no additional cost
  • You may choose a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) including Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA, or Limited Purpose FSA
  • Dental coverage provides a maximum benefit of $2,000 per year with a separate lifetime maximum of $2,500 for orthodontia
  • Vision coverage provided through VSP

Income Protection and Disability Coverage

  • Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D coverage up to 3x base pay effective on date of hire
  • Optional life insurance coverage provides added financial protection for you and your family (employee paid)
  • Company-paid short-term disability coverage effective on date of hire; provides 60% replacement income up to 26 weeks (employee-paid for vessel workers only)
  • Company-paid long-term disability coverage (between 50% and 60% replacement income)
  • Company-paid business travel accident insurance
